Consumption of foods contaminated with Listeria monocytogenes is particularly risky for pregnant women, very young children, the elderly, and people with suppressed immune systems. Acute and temporary symptoms of infection might include fever, headache, body aches, abdominal discomfort, and diarrhea. Additionally, infection with Listeria seriously increases the risk of stillbirth and miscarriage for pregnant women.

Customers who have purchased one of the recalled food kits should either discard of the product or return it to the point of purchase for a full refund.

Reser’s Fine Food would like the public to know that they will no longer use BrucePac as a supplier for their meal kits.

Anyone with questions or concerns about the recall can contact Reser’s Fine Foods, Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. PST, at 888-223-2127.
